- Reservations & Payment: A Visa or MasterCard number with cardholder details (including CVN) is required to pay for first night as deposit and guarantee a reservation. Amex & Personal cheques are not accepted.
- Check-in/out: Check-in between 3:00 and 7:00 PM or by prior arrangement; check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Cancellation or No Show: Full refund of deposit for cancellations with 14 days notice. All reservation cancellations MUST be sent via e-mail to infoATpeachlandbedandbreakfast.com. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed within 48 hours.
- Reservation Changes: All reservation changes MUST be submitted by email 14 days prior to arrival or cancellation fee will apply. Change to reservation is subject to availability.

- Maximum Occupancy per room: 2 for queen rooms; 5 for one bedroom suite.
